Join us online, where we can roll up, dab, rip, and sesh all together from the comfort of our own homes. Zoom yoga allows you to turn your mic and camera off or on. So it’s up to you if you’d like to be seen but not heard, heard but not seen, both, or neither.
These Zoom calls aren’t like the ones you might be used to. We hang and sesh and talk about stoner thoughts before settling in for a full 60 minutes on the mat.
Bend & Blaze Zoom is for all yogi levels, allowing you to modify each pose to suit you.

This Zoom session is all about slowing down and tuning in. We’ll start with a sesh and chat about whatever for the first 15-30 minutes. Then, we'll ease into a gentle, mindful 60-minute slow flow.
True to Bend & Blaze style, this class is open to all levels of yogis. You can modify every pose and transition to fit your body and your pace. Expect a deep, intentional practice with a focus on breath, alignment, and whatever feel good—without the rush.
Prepare for a slower, soothing flow that allows for longer holds and deeper stretches. Gather your supplies, get comfy, and enjoy this rejuvenating 90(ish) minutes of grounding and relaxation
