Bend & Blaze Nidra

Join Steph with Black Unicorn Collective and close out your evening with Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is often referred to as “yogic sleep or psychic sleep”. It’s a guided practice, typically done in Savasana (or in bed!), with a goal of deep relaxation and finding the middle ground between sleep and consciousness. Yoga Nidra takes you into the five koshas — “the five bodies of awareness,” like a meditation that takes inventory of each layer and invites deep relaxed awareness as you follow the sound of Steph’s voice.

While the practice of Nidra is to remain alert, it is common to fall asleep. As you build your Nidra practice, you can begin to explore deeper levels of awareness.

The practice is the process.
