This Zoom call isn't like the ones you might be used to. We will hang and sesh and talk about stoner thoughts before settling on to our mats for a full 60 minutes of Vinyasa flow. 

As per usual, this class is for all yogi levels, allowing you to modify each pose to suit you. We'll marry breath and flow with clear alignment direction and strength building to produce a well-rounded experience.

Prepare for a dynamic practice with deep melts and strong, energetic holds. Gather your supplies and settle in for the best 90 minutes of your day.

This Zoom session is all about slowing down and tuning in. We’ll start with a sesh and chat about whatever for the first 15-30 minutes. Then, we'll ease into a gentle, mindful 60-minute slow flow.

True to Bend & Blaze style, this class is open to all levels of yogis. You can modify every pose and transition to fit your body and your pace. Expect a deep, intentional practice with a focus on breath, alignment, and whatever feel good—without the rush.

Prepare for a slower, soothing flow that allows for longer holds and deeper stretches. Gather your supplies, get comfy, and enjoy this rejuvenating 90(ish) minutes of grounding and relaxation
