Bend & Blaze: Nidra

Join Preston for an all-levels slow flow. We’ll start by warming up our bodies with vinyasa, move into some juicy yin stretching, and end with an extended savasana accompanied by yoga Nidra.

This Zoom call isn't like the ones you might be used to. We will hang and sesh and talk about stoner thoughts before settling on to our mats to flow.

As per usual, this class is for all yogi levels, allowing you to modify each pose to suit you.
