Get your blood pumping with a 45-minute power vinyasa flow designed to build heat and work up a sweat! Incorporating strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and physical and mental stamina all in one session, this practice with Amanda Hitz is the perfect mid-week pick-me-up.

This Zoom call isn't like the ones you might be used to. We will hang and sesh and talk about stoner thoughts before settling on to our mats to move our bodies.

As per usual, this class is for all yogi levels, allowing you to modify each pose to suit you.

We'll marry breath and flow with clear alignment direction and powerful movement to produce a well-rounded workout. Prepare for an energetic practice with strong breath and great tunes.
